Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8 or 8.5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Whisk in the oil, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until incorporated, creating a uniform and thick batter.
- Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it to a cooling rack and let it cool for an additional 20 minutes.
