Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1: Prepare the Base

  1. Mix the ingredients:
    • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and sweetener. Mix until smooth and well combined.

2: Shape and Freeze

  1. Shape the bars:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Spoon the mixture onto the sheet, shaping it into small circles.
    • Insert a popsicle stick into each circle.
  2. Freeze the bars:
    • Place the sheet in the freezer and let the bars freeze until solid.

3: Coat with Chocolate

  1. Dip in chocolate:
    • Once the bars are frozen, take them out of the freezer.
    • Dip each bar into the melted sugar-free chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  2. Freeze until hardened:
