Description

A unique and flavorful bread recipe featuring the goodness of Greek yogurt and almond flour. These delightful bread rings are perfect for those following a low-carb or gluten-free diet, offering a blend of taste and nutrition in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • Optional toppings: egg wash & spices (sumac, sesame seeds, onion flakes, salt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and almond flour until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten it into a disc shape on a clean surface. Poke a hole in the center to form a ring.
  4. Optional: Brush the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with spices.
  5. Transfer the bread rings to the prepared baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
