- 2 cups almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and almond flour until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a ball and flatten it into a disc shape on a clean surface. Poke a hole in the center to form a ring.
- Optional: Brush the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with spices.
- Transfer the bread rings to the prepared baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bread rings to cool slightly before serving.
