Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • Optional toppings: egg wash & spices

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and almond flour until a dough forms.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball, then flatten it slightly. Create a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
  3. For added flavor and texture, brush the bagels with an egg wash and sprinkle your choice of spices on top.
  4. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
