- 3¾ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1½ cups 0% or 2% Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the yogurt with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two large balls.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin circle or oval shape.
- Heat a cast iron pan over medium to medium-high heat and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook each pita for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown patches appear.
- Repeat with the remaining dough.
